The easiest way to book a therapy session with us is by completing the below short, secure self-referral form. One of our team will subsequently get in touch with you via email with options for arranging an initial assessment appointment, as required. Alternatively, you can simply send us a confidential email to info@balancedminds.com, to which we will respond as soon as we can.
