Compassion Focused Therapy Blog

At Balanced Minds, we’re all about how CFT – and more broadly, compassion and self-compassion – can bring changes to people’s lives. Compassion involves courage, wisdom and commitment, and is a powerful force for change in our own and other peoples’ lives.  We’re also interested in how we can take key ideas and insights from these perspectives, and share them in ways that are interesting and enlightening, and provide a sense of how compassion can spread widely in to different avenues and parts of human existence.

Check out our Compassion Focused Therapy blog for some of our latest thoughts and reflections. We’ve got articles from our team here at Balanced Minds, and we’re also lucky to be joined by guest blogs from key names in the field of CFT and compassion. These range from themes of compassion in pain, cancer, nature and yoga amongst others!

And if you’d like to contribute a blog, please get in touch with us here as we’d love to hear about how you bring compassion in to your life!
