How to organise a therapy session in Edinburgh

Cost
Our therapists are fully covered by the major health insurance companies.
The duration time of assessment and therapy sessions is 50 minutes and details of fees can be found here. We also offer a limited number of concessionary slots for those on low wages. Please enquire about our concessionary availability via the self-referral form.
Online sessions
In the event we are not in capacity to provide you with a session in-person, or if you are unable to commute to one of our offices, you can still access our therapy. Edinburgh-based clinicians still offer online therapy session via a number of online platforms such as Zoom and Skype, or by telephone.

Who we work with
Most of our work is catered towards helping adults (16 years old+), however several of our clinicians are experienced in helping children, adolescents and families. Additionally, we also provide couples and relationship therapy.
We provide various workshops and training for professionals, the general public and organisations.
