Dr Rebecca O'Sullivan

Rebecca qualified as a Clinical Psychologist after attending the University of Surrey doctoral programme. She has more than a decade of experience working in the NHS within both community and hospital settings. Her current role is within an adult brain injury rehabilitation service.
Rebecca applies a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapeutic work, often creating bespoke intervention packages which are client-led. She enjoys working with a number of therapeutic models such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative approaches. She has achieved Foundation level systemic training, recognised by the Association of Family Therapy. She also regularly engages her clients in mindfulness and imagery based exercises.
