Welcome to this online self-compassion training. We’ve got the first session for you to start in just a moment, but before we do, it’s helpful to get a sense of where we are first. So just like going on a journey, while it’s important to know where we want to go (for us here it’s to become more self-compassionate), to map out directions it’s also important to know where you currently are.
One simple way of doing this – which we can compare to at the end of the course – is to answer a few questions on how we’re currently feeling, and how compassionate with ourselves we feel already.
