Whilst attending therapy face-to-face can be helpful, for many people it’s tricky. We have busy lives, and long hours at work, commuting and juggling family commitments, and it can be hard to carve out enough time to make in person therapy sessions manageable. Our therapists are specialists in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), but are also skilled in delivering a variety of other therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Our therapists are fully covered by the major health insurance companies.
The duration time of assessment and therapy sessions is 50 minutes and details of fees can be found here. We also offer a limited number of concessionary slots for those on low wages. Please enquire about our concessionary availability via the self-referral form.
Who we work with
Most of our work is catered towards helping adults (16 years old+), however several of our clinicians are experienced in helping children, adolescents and families. Additionally, we also provide couples and relationship therapy.
