Are you curious about how developing skills in mindfulness and compassion might help you to do that, but not sure if you want to commit?

Our free taster sessions allow you to meet the trainers Jen Wood and Chloe Scott and ask any questions that you may have and try out some practices to get a flavour of the way that we work at Balanced Minds.

These are 45 minute taster sessions for our next Compassionate Mind Training which begins on 24 January 2024.
