The practices, content and insights are delivered in a way that feels both manageable and enjoyable. I particularly liked the fact I could listen and view on my phone or computer so that the course was accessible when I wanted or needed it. I have since recommended the course to many others and will continue to do so.

This is a brilliant course – the balance between taught content and experiential practices works well. I particularly value the opportunity to return to the material again and again. The information is delivered at a good pace, with the invitation to follow the course over 4 weeks to embed the practices as homework. The written content complements the training. This course is useful for all – both those with a good understanding of self compassion and those new to the area. I have recommended the course to friends, family and colleagues.
