
Dr Rosalind Evans
Clinical Psychologist & Associate
Dr Ros Evans has worked as a clinical psychologist in the NHS for over 20 years and has a broad range of experience with adults and older adults. She specialises in low-self-esteem, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation problems, trauma, weight management, binge-eating disorder, relationship and personality problems, as well as physical health problems.
Ros specialises in Compassion Focused Therapy. She, at times, also draws from her experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches. Ros offers a safe space to explore and make sense of difficulties that clients present with, to then work together to find a way forward to make lasting change for improved mental health and quality of life.
