Therapy London

Therapy London

Warm, comfortable, and empathetic, our team of experienced therapists in London are well-equipped to help see you through to recovery from a range of distressing life circumstances and mental health problems.

As therapist in London, Balanced Minds can offer a range of therapies. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT)
Compassion Focussed Therapy, or CFT, is at the core of what we do. Initially developed by Paul Gilbert, CFT has become a well-respected, and widely adopted therapy thanks to its success in treating a vast range of life problems. If you are looking for compassionately delivered therapy in London, Balanced Minds are the team for you. We are able to offer remote and face-to-face sessions.

Our therapists are expertly trained to help you develop self-compassion. In understanding how to cultivate this sense of compassion, you will learn how to treat yourself as you would a close friend or relative that you care about.

You can benefit from CFT by undertaking therapeutic sessions at our offices in London, Edinburgh, or by accessing our therapists remotely.

How to Organise a Session

If you would like to complete our secure self-referral form, a member of our team will get in touch with you via email with options for arranging an initial assessment appointment. If you would prefer to, you can simply send us a confidential email to info@balancedminds.com and a member of our team will reply as soon as possible.
